ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

The County Board administers the operation of this Department through its standing committee on Finance and Administrative Services and Personnel and Labor Relations. The main services provided by this Department include:

  • Supervision of the purchasing of all supplies and equipment for all departments and offices in accordance with the regulations set forth in the County's Purchasing Manual and Ordinance.
  • Supervision of any service operation of the County upon request for the County Board including the Mail and Switchboard Operations.
  • Supervision of all Human Resources functions including Personnel Services and Payroll Operations.
