The Employment and Training Department provides a variety of job training and employment services for eligible youth and adult residents of Madison and Bond Counties. The services are intended to enable these individuals to reduce their dependency on public assistance and obtain productive employment. Specific programs serve residents who are economically disadvantaged, dislocated from previous positions, older workers (55 years or older), youth (16 - 21 years old), or veterans.
