Special requests for enhanced patrols to combat specific problems are available by uniformed members of the Patrol Division. Requests can be made at the time a report is filed or they can be phoned in to the desk. The request will be honored for a specific time period as designated by the Patrol Commander depending on the nature of the request. A member of the Patrol Division will check on the request at least once per shift.
