Pay Your Tickets Online
You can pay your existing court cases and traffic tickets with a credit card. Allow 2 weeks from the date of arrest for your ticket to arrive at the Circuit Clerk’s office and appear in the system. Click here to be directed to payment page.

Attorneys and Litigants representing themselves in Small Claims and Eviction cases in Madison County can now file documents in these case-types electronically. Mark Von Nida, Madison County Circuit Clerk has partnered with NCourt LLC, an electronic filing document software provider, to introduce this new service available to attorneys and the public. Hub to be created in courthouse basement
Evidence and exhibits that no longer need to be kept on file for certain criminal cases are being carefully culled from an evidence vault in the basement of the Madison County Courthouse. Read Article
