WHAT SHOULD I DO?
|1.)||Mark your calendar to attend one of six (6) Employee OE Meetings|
|2.)||Review the 2019-20 Benefit Guide with your family. (pdf version)
|3.)||Schedule an appointment to enroll in Unum Accident & Critical Illness plans|
|4.)||Log into Paycom Employee Self-Service and make your medical, dental and vision elections in the 2019 Benefits Enrollment section between October 1, 2019 and October 15, 2019. Make your Flexible Spending Account elections in the 2020 Benefits Enrollment section no later than November 12, 2019.|
|MEDICAL||No plan or rate changes. If you do nothing, you will have the same coverage on 12/1/2019 as you have now.|
|DENTAL||No plan or rate changes. If you do nothing, you will have the same coverage on 12/1/2019 as you have now.
|VISION||We have changed vision carriers. Effective 12/1/2019, vision coverage will be through VSP. Your current coverage will automatically roll to the VSP plan unless you actively make a change in Paycom Employee Self Service.
|UNUM||For employees hired 10/1/2018 or after, this is your first enrollment opportunity. You will receive an email with your appointment time to meet with an Enrollment Advisor. If you were hired prior to 10/1/2018, you may also make an appointment to meet with a Unum Advisor. Schedule your appointment
|FSA elections do NOT roll from one year to the next. If you would like to participate in the Healthcare Expense FSA or the Dependent Care FSA, you must make your elections in Paycom no later than 11/12/2019.|
