Membership in MCPCH is open to representatives of organizations and individuals who work or reside in Madison County who are interested in promoting the health of the residents of Madison County. MCPCH is comprised of several committees addressing identified health concerns.

NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND COMMUNITY HEALTH PLAN 2016-2021
Every 5 years, Madison County Health Department leads a thorough community health needs assessment and development of a 5 year community health plan with the participation and support of numerous community partners. For the 2016-2021 timeframe, four health priorities have been set for every organization, agency, school, business, person, and family in Madison County to work toward making improvements to impact the health of Madison County. Remember, it takes all of us working together to create a healthier, safer Madison County.
