Provides advocacy and equipment loan program; adult, parent and teen support groups; community
  education and awareness; summer residential camp; information and referral; client and family
  counseling; CILA residential services; Home Based and Family Assistance Programs; social 
  recreational opportunities; and the Kids on the Block puppet program. Mental Health Board funding
  is provided for Client and Family Support. Serves all areas in Madison County.
