Board of Commissioners Meetings
Regular Board of Commissioners meetings are open to the public and conducted twice a month. The meetings are held 9:00 AM at MESD office located at 1800 Edison Avenue, Granite City, Illinois. The meeting dates are on the first Wednesday, after the first Monday of each month and on the third Wednesday after the third Monday of each month.
